If you’re an avid follower of this blog, you’ll know by now that I love when artists strip down their heavy hitting EDM tracks for a more fragile acoustic version. Earlier this year, English trio Above & Beyond played four sold out shows at London’s famous Porchester Hall, highlighting their best loved songs acoustically as part of a 15-piece band. The response from fans was so overwhelming that it led to two sold-out nights at The Greek Theater in LA, described by Billboard Magazine as “one of the finest and more memorable shows in EDM history.”

In anticipation for the release of the Live from Porchester Hall 12 track studio LP, Above & Beyond has released one of the stand out tracks from the live performances, “Love Is Not Enough” featuring the gorgeous Zoë Johnston. An elegant, acoustic interpretation of the original, with stirring strings and poignant vocals from Zoë, “Love Is Not Enough” perfectly captures the bittersweet beauty of intense, but ultimately unsuccessful relationships.
