I’ve always had a pretty good sense of design when it came to my room. I get it from my mom and aunt; they are interior design animals! But a lot of people I know have trouble transitioning from college dorm to young professional. So for those of you out there that need something more than a few music posters taped to your wall, this is for you. Actually, this is for everyone because there is some amazing designs here. Take a look:

Designed by a French company, BedUp is a cool way to store your bed if you don’t have much floor space to work with in your living area. The bed is suspended from the ceiling and can be lowered to your desired height for use as a loft or as a grounded bed.

Maybe you want some with a little more modern with some Asian elements added in. I like the lines in this room mixed with the soft lighting in the top of the walls.

This is my personal favorite of the batch. I’m a huge fan of the warm colors in bedrooms. Makes you feel cozy. I love the texture with the panels behind the bed and the way they let in just the right amount of light. Plus the lighted base for the bed? Sign me up.

This is pretty cool. I can’t imagine it would be something I could do on a day to day basis, but I love the idea. Curious as to how you would handle the moisture issue? Chlorine might also be a permanent smell for you. Should I add a Michael Phelps cliche?

This was an old 1970’s townhouse that was renovated by Swedish interior designer Marie Olsson Nylander. I love how the new and old is juxtaposed together. It creates a very cool atmosphere.
