Australia Duo Cut Snake deliver a musical lesson on how to party on their new EP Dr. Um’s Party Tutorial.
Known for their carefree, no fucks given attitude and music, one thing we can always rely on the Australian duo Cut Snake for is that they sure know how to party.
Their new EP Dr. Um’s Party Tutorial is a groovy 2-track EP where you are quite literally being taught how to party while your body catches onto addictive beats and basslines.
Fish and Sedz of Cut Snake have shared a long journey between childhood, professional surfing, and music production.
While traveling the world for surf competitions, these Aussies have developed a passion for underground music from each country visited. With this passion and exposure, they have grown to craft their own distinct house sound, which is reflected in their newest work, Dr. Um’s Party Tutorial.
Cut Snake kicks off with “Dr. Um”, where you’ll find yourself a part of the conversations taking place in the vocals, while dancing along to a deep, rhythmic bassline.
Concluding with “Party Tutorial”, the party really picks up with an upbeat melody and vocal samples that actually provide tips on throwing a party.
