You are who you’re meant to be. You are where you’re supposed to be. There is only one thing in the way of you realizing that and reaching your full potential and no, its not you as a person, its you as the destination. The point being that if you aren’t creating a strong, emotional impression as the being that you are, then you aren’t a destination. When people see you, visit you, work with you, pass by you on the street, it should feel as though they aren’t just interacting with another lifeless creature, but a vibrant, shining source of positivity, creativity, and hospitality. Be a destination.

Today, we have the pleasure of sharing the brand new single “As You Were” from Brooklyn-based Producer/DJ Pierce Fulton. The destination that is his music is that of a colorful, warm, and meaningful one. The verdict is in and this new track has just made our Tuesday a hell of a lot better. The slow building synth loop in the intro builds the tension and then right away at the 44 second mark, it’s like a burst of everything you’ve experienced comes to light, your childhood, your relationships, and the destination that you are becoming as a human. It’s all laid out in front you like some digital or hologram library of the elements that make up you. The beat drives into your heart and the catchy synth melody repeats over and over dragging you into a state of necessary submission. I don’t know, maybe it’s just me, but this music just motivates me to continue living and persisting through the barriers that have been and will continue to be put up. I encourage you to do the same.
