[FUTURE BASS] Autograf – “Changes” (A Tribute To #POTUS_44)
Next week we swear in a new president of the United States and no matter how you feel about that, America is going to be a different place than it was.
Whether you agree with his policies or not, Obama’s personality and charm whilst in office endeared him to the masses and makes his leaving office that much more difficult amidst the fog of uncertainty that’s weaved it’s way through the canyons and crevices of a majority of America’s minds. His knack for public speaking inspired millions as well as his unforgettable bromance with VP Joe Biden.

As Obama gives his farewell speech this week – along with the Presidential Medal of Freedom to Biden – Chicago’s Autograf pays a farewell tribute to POTUS – inspired by the legacy he leaves behind. Sampling Tupac‘s “Changes”, the trio reminisces over the past 8 years in chilled out nostalgia. Like him or not, the track urges reflection on the part of the listener as we move into a new era of American history. So as America changes, inevitably so will we. The question becomes who will we change into?
