Damian Lazarus has come quite a long way since his roots as an after hours DJ in the early 2000s. The UK bred tech house maestro has been running his own label, Crosstown Rebels, for the last fifteen years. The label has unearthed talents like Jamie Jones, Art Department, Maceo Plex, Deniz Kurtel and Seth Troxler to name a few.

Recently, Lazarus has his sights set on curating one of Miami Music Week’s most immersive event. The event, known as Get Lost Miami, features a diverse bill of talent ranging from Lazarus himself to DJs like Art Department, Lee Foss, Skream, Bedouin, Guy Gerber, Denney, and about thirty additional world class DJs.

The 24 hour bacchanal, which starts at 5am on Saturday morning and runs until 5am on Sunday, encourages old cohorts to reunite and strangers to coalesce in a frenzy of wild antics and frivolous dancing. Whether you find yourself dancing beneath a palm tree basking in the mid day sun or navigating the dark, fog infused, corners of the parties multiple dance floors, one thing is certain: when you head to Get Lost you are embarking on a bizarre musical journey, one on which discovery lurks behind every corner.

The diverse curation of artists and peculiar timing of the event make it feel like a true Miami Music Week crossroad. Held smack in the middle of the weekend, the event will act as a culmination point for Miami party goers. The freshly rested 11am riser and the raver on a 72 hour dance bender will get the chance to meet on the Get Lost dance floor to hear some of Miami’s finest DJs spin.

It doesn’t matter when you hit the dance floor, all that matters is that you get lost.

Tickets available through Resident Advisor for just $55.
