This weekend heralds the return of The Lucent Dossier Experience to Las Vegas, blending circus arts, music, fantastical imagery, and just a dash or two of carefully curated madness.

At first glance Lucent Dossier may seem like any of the number of Cirque shows running up and down the strip, but in reality it shares far more in common with its spiritual sibling, Absinthe. Burlesque dancers, clowns, jesters, contortionists, jugglers, and more all tantalize and amaze while accompanied by the electro-orchestral arrangements of the Lucent Tribal Orchestra, a live band with a variety of eclectic instruments. The avant-garde event is part circus show, part performance art, and part interactive immersion, all with a dusting of steampunk aesthetic. No wonder they’ll be performing at Cosmopolitan’s Rose. Rabbit. Lie., home to Spiegelworld’s nightly antics.

Celebrating their 10th year, Lucent Dossier “creates wonderlands for their guests to lose themselves in… a fantastical realm where brilliance and insanity fuse together in an exotic kind of ecstatic bliss.” Seeing as they sold out their last Las Vegas appearance, you’ll have to grab tickets soon if you want to join them through the looking glass.
