One musician and one performing artist will be selected to perform with The Beats Antique Lightning Orchestra.

Do LaB, in partnership with the Grand Artique, are giving away Lightning In A Bottle passes and offering one musician and one performer the chance to perform at the festival alongside Beats Antique’s much anticipated Lightning Orchestra.

The contest will call upon underexposed musicians and performers across North America to demonstrate their skills for a chance to win an LIB festival pass plus the opportunity to play a dream gig on the famed western frontier of the Grand Artique. To enter, fans must submit a video playing or performing to Beats Antique’s hit track “Beauty Beats.”

With one of Lightning in a Bottle’s best lineups yet, the talented musician and performer will have the chance to showcase their talent amongst an eclectic assemblage of artists under the Grand Artique’s vintage stage design. Joining the Beats Antique Lightning Orchestra at the Grand Artique will be New York’s brasshouse trio Too Many Zooz, West Coast Rap icon Lyrics Born, seven piece funk and soul band Con Brio, festival scene favorites The California Honeydrops, Indie Folk Pop upstarts Shook Twins, Grand Artique mainstays The Herbert Bail Orchestra, and many more.

You can start submitting start wight now and up until May 7th. Two winners total (1 musician & 1 performing artist) will be chosen by Beats Antique, Grand Artique, and Do LaB on the basis of musical ability, originality, vibe, and showmanship to perform at Lightning In A Bottle 2018.

Contest Qualifications:

Must be 18+ years of age to enter
Contest open to North Americans only
Travel & Accommodations are not included
Must be available to play at Lightning in a Bottle Sunday, May 27th 2:30-4am(technically Sunday but really Saturday late night set) on Grand Artique’s stage
Submissions and voting close at 11:59pm PDT on Monday, May 7th.
Winner Announced on Friday, May 11th at 2pm.
