Consisting of BBC Radio 1 host Crissy Criss and two other dubstep samurais, the guys behind DeadExit are beyond determined to leave their mark on the bass music industry. When Firepower Records released the trio’s two-track Snake EP last week, we knew things would get violent, but we had no idea how violent. Hell, both of these life-threatening tracks make a high-speed shootout feel like a leisurely afternoon drive. They make an active warzone look like the inside of a child’s daycare center. Wait, I’ll do you one better. They make TV’s Game of Thrones seem like freaking Sesame Street! Okay, I think you understand. Bottom line, anybody with a weak stomach might want to knock themselves unconscious before ingesting these unbelievably crunchy tunes. It’s the only logical way to prolong your inevitable death. And truth be told, once DeadExit starts pouring out of your speakers, your odds for survival are slim to none.
