It’s been a busy last few days. As The Sights and Sounds prepares to change locations in Chicago (aka I’m getting a new apartment), work has piled up and things have been getting hectic. Luckily for me, the flow of new music never ceases and there are plenty of new sounds to make the transition without missing a beat. One of those new tracks is “Messages,” coming from moombahton master Dillon Francis featuring the vocals of Simon Lord. At first listen, the beginning of the track feels like a bit of a different style for Dillon, but you soon find out that his hard-edged sounds are waiting just around the drop to drive the energy of the track to another level.
