After the week I’ve had I couldn’t relate more to the lyrics above – trying to keep my head held high while wading through all the bullshit that comes with expending your emotional energy toward other people who might not give as much back. While Kaskade‘s new single “Atmosphere” might be meant as an uplifting festival anthem, Amtrac injects some melodic synth work into the track that really adds a bit of emotional intensity behind the words. But don’t dwell long on those emotions, people, because that will only serve to drag you down. Instead, follow Amtrac as he adds some drive to your downtrodden self – because, after all, you’ve been a star all your life, and she (he, if that’s where you’re coming from) is only serving to fuck up your feng shui. So, relax to the deep house-y vibe Amtrac puts on and rest easy knowing you’re going to be in a better place after you navigate through the waves.
