San Diego’s CRSSD Festival just turned the California festival scene on it’s head. Some say it’s a work of nature, others say it’s divine intervention, I think it’s pure, unadulterated, utterly satisfying awesomeness. CRSSD Festival has just announced that it will be returning to San Diego’s Waterfront park this fall to get deep and groovy once again.

The annual, now biannual, festival took place in early March touted an eclectic lineup which featured Odesza, Chet Faker, Tale of Us, Hot Since 82, Loco Dice, Jamie Jones, Claude Von Stroke and many more. The fall lineup includes headliners Miike Snow, Zhu, and Cashmere Cat. Additionally, it includes an all star lineup of techno and house DJ’s. Bonobo, Maya Jane Coles, Lee Foss, and even Dubfire are among some of the heavy hitters that will be gracing the ‘City Steps’ stage at Waterfront Park this fall.

The two day festival is a one of a kind experience that is much unlike any other festival. It brings some of the modern electronic sounds that have been so characteristic of modern day US festivals while maintaining an utterly incredible lineup of techno legends. It is surely not a festival to miss in the fall if you’re into positive vibes, warm weather, and most importantly techno and house music.
