If I asked you if you knew that there was a DJ named Nikho in Chicago, you would probably ask “What’s a Nikho?” This is exactly what this character wants. If I were to attribute a personality to define Nikho as an artist I would say he is the Techno equivalent of Johnny Cash. His vision of a successful set would include the audience not knowing a single song title but raging in sweaty pool of heavy sub base and tech house. A self proclaimed degenerate, he is a master of his craft and his clothes are as black as his soul. Wielding 9 years of DJ experience, Nikho, will keep the audience constantly moving and always craving more. I have played music on many stages with the homie and I can honestly say Nikho is my favorite person to go b2b with.

Every Wednesday at Dj Mag’s top rated club, Spybar, the UNLISTED crew throws their Transmit party, broadcasting the entire thing to the inter-webs. The concept has been quite successful as the party can continue to provide for people long after it has ended. It gives the party an almost ghost like quality; constantly staying on peoples memories and making heads nod everywhere from your cubicle at work to the canned soup isle at the supermarket. The UNLISTED team also runs the upstairs of Annex in Wicker park as part of the #Afterlife Saturdays movement, so be sure to follow them to stay up to date with all the goodness.

This week Nikho threw downs some dark and sexy tunes, the kind of tunes that make you question the existence of any other tunes in the world.
