This has been sitting in my drafts folder for too long now and I apologize for not getting this track out to you sooner because it is amazing. Sydney based duo Toucan have just released their debut EP entitled Brave New World, and the similarly titled single is a brilliant piece of indie goodness. Jess Pollard’s impeccably clean vocals perfectly complement Shea Duncan behind the piano. The song is summed up well by Hugh McClure at IndieShuffle.com, “Upbeat, but still maintaining a drifty vibe, it’s a good representation of the Toucan way — keeping things simple, but doing them really well.” As an added bonus, check out the PSDJ’s Rave New World Remix.
