With Infrasound: Equinox just under a month away, now is the time to pick up the slack and grab yourself a ticket. After attending the first installment of Infrasound earlier in the summer, I have nothing but glowing things to say about this first-class festival. However, for any of us (especially Chicago folks) not able to make the trip to Black River Falls, WI. come September 18th-21st, there’s a delightful alternative that’s being tossed in our direction.

On September 27th, the weekend following Equinox, Tipper will bring his incredibly unique form of dance music to Chicago’s Portage Theater. If you’ve never had the privilege of watching this producer hop on the decks and do his thing, then I highly recommend you make sure you’re in attendance for Infrasound: Oscillation. Armed with stunning visuals and an obvious knack for DJing, it’s not just his breathtaking sound that has turned him into one of bass music’s best kept secrets. Tipper will certainly be the focal point of what promises to be an irreplaceable evening.
