[THE DAILY SWIM] Panda Coast - "Pastels"

Welcome to The Daily Swim, a running series on The Sights and Sounds. As a daily swimmer, water has always served as a dichotomy to my psyche – wholly and unswervingly calming in it’s vast simplicity yet at the same time able to harness and create massive amounts of energy. Which is exactly the type of music The Daily Swim will feature – no fuss posts with tracks from great artists that serve as both calming and energizing to get you through the deep end of your day.

I’ve felt like a fish out of water. I need to ground myself back in the calming oceans where I feel comfortable, where I have a place to think… and relax. It’s easy for me to lose focus, finding any shiny object to focus my procrastibutary mind. But finding center isn’t too far off, ever. Diving back in is easy for me, a rush every time. And once I set the pace the rest comes naturally. Panda Coast reverberates my free mind in “Pastels”, painting delicate textures with each stroke of rhythmic bass & synth. As the current moves forward, so do I, and it isn’t long before life becomes peaceful again.
