Young Norwegian producer Sonny Alven has just served up a remix, and this one is full of class. He lays his hands on the works of Swedish duo Nause, reworking the mesmerizing “Another You” into a sublime piece of deep house.
Opening with an infectious rhythm and calming reverb soaked vocals, the track progresses, introducing a magical layer of keys and a subtle bass line before dropping in a guitar riff lead groove that is sure to set off any dance floor. The breakdown is welcomed, lifting the track higher in gradual stages, upwards yet again to another drop. The guitar returns, however with an addition of warm funk chords chugging away in the background – a beautiful blend of tones.
