New York based Ghost Beach knows how to crank out some lovely grit pop that has gained them a lot of attention over the past year. Now DJ/producer Gigamesh has given their single “Miracle” a brand new direction. Infusing the track with some throwback synths sounds and percussive beats, any other producer could have called it quits and released as is. But the Minneapolis based producer decided to give the track something really unique with the vocal treatment. Totally expecting the soaring vocals of the original to be placed over the synth production, I was pleasently surprised with the toned down treatment which, in my opinion, gives the track a whole retro vibe that I really dig.
