Lunar Tide Music & Arts Festival makes its second year manifestation April 28th at Copernicus Center located in the northwest side of Chicago. This particular one day festival stands out among many within the Chicago music scene being that it involves copious amounts of artists in conjunction with musicians as well as street artists.
