Los Angeles indie rock band Foster The People rose in popularity pretty quickly. Their first hit Pumped Up Kicks enjoyed time on the Hype Machine charts and their performance at South by Southwest was also key to their success. Now they are following up their first EP with their first album “Torches,” due out May 23rd.
