[FESTIVAL PREVIEW] Rootwire Transformational Arts Festival 2017

Rootwire Transformational Arts Festival is returning this July 20th-23rd and located on the ever so luminous Wisteria Campground in Pomeroy Ohio.

 

This particular festival mainly sets its focus on four main aspects being Audio, Visual, Speaker, And Performance. Including the vast amounts  of workshops and live visual artists, the talented musicians on this years lineup featuring The Polish Ambassador, RJD2, Phutureprimitive, CloZee, Govinda, Psymbionic, Zebbler Encanti Experience, Trees, Spiritual Rez, Manitoa and more!

In addition to their immeasurable yet diverse lineup, what makes Rootwire infinitely transformational for all of the beings who join in would be the umpteen varieties of workshops available. Workshops not only accommodate the festival goers for a typical “get-away”, but also pertains to spirituality and senses in several different forms. These workshop incorporates forms such as Yoga, Sound and Vibrational Healing, Dance and Movement Art, Meditation and Spirituality, Art and Creativity, Leadership Skills, Healing Arts, Personal Development, Flow Arts and Poi, Sustainability, and Permaculture.

This year will also be the induction to a new workshop to take place called “The Refuge – Harm Reduction Space”. This space is led by Ryan McGuire, licensed psychotherapist and psychedelic integration counselor from Columbus, Ohio. The Refuge Harm Reduction Space “is to provide safe, knowledgeable, and compassionate care to people in a non-judgmental and supportive environment. The transformational nature of the festival experience can sometimes become intense and overwhelming. The Refuge was born out of a need for a safe space where attendees are able to receive assistance as they work through their experience.
