Late March the Belgian DJ brothers Stephen and David Dewaele released their latest Soulwax album From Dewee. Fresh off their release the masterful Soulwax has followed suit with an entirely new collection of tunes written specifically for Pete Tong’s BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix, an endeavor rarely attempted to that degree by a group of their stature.

The new tunes come with an experimental techno, electro feel that may be the most pure intersection of Soulwax and their counterpart, 2ManyDJs, finally upon listeners.

Throughout the mix Soulwax explores an absolutely eclectic range of tunes, employing the most tasteful array of music, from classical jazz to electronica, one could possibly imagine.
