Tearing its way out of Pilot Records is the fresh sounding “Dire/Reticulum” release from production duo Bare Noize, whose previous works have come through the likes of Ministry of Sound, EMI and Mau5trap.

This double-sided release kicks off with a dark, eerie build, dominated by deep swells of bass and the repetitive pulse of a strong percussive synth before silence falls and a glitched vocal mumbles to announce the arrival of a ridiculous groove. “Reticulum” follows with a warmer exterior at first, however the drop brings back the darker tones through a wide variety of synth elements to whirl and pulsate to create a stunning piece of music.

Bare Noize have done it again with this release, pushing the boundaries and painting a beautiful while they’re at it. “Dire/Reticulum” is featured on the UKF Dubstep 2014 Compilation and arrives December 22^nd.
