Action Paxton recently joined forces with fellow producer Kung Fu Vampire team on fiery headbanger “5AM.” This festival ready collaboration is aimed straight towards the masses that hits hard and dirty with a steady dose of adrenaline. With hip-hop, rap, and trap overtones, “5AM” plays to the strengths of both Action Paxton and Kung Fu Vampire. The result is a red-hot bass heater perfect with an untamable essence that simply “gives no fucks.”

Performing at Burning Man every year from 2008 and 2019, Action Paxton has also graced the stage of festivals such as Outside Lands and Oregon Eclipse. He is also a member of Kung Fu Vampire’s band. Since 2004, Paxton has owned and worked as the head engineer at Nexus Audio, a recording studio in Oakland, CA. Since opening, Nexus has had many amazing artists through its doors including Juice WRLD and Kreyshawn.

Kung Fu Vampire has done 17 tours since 2010, spanning hundreds of venues across North America. Collaborating with acts like Tech N9ne along the way, he charted on iTunes [#14 on Hip-Hop] and Billboard [#38 on Billboard Top 200s]. In 2013, Kung Fu Vampire was featured on “Zombie” by E40 w/ Tech N9ne & Brotha Lynch.
