Emerging from Los Angeles’ prominent house music scene, BLUUR (real name Jason Lopez) has been gaining massive recognition over the past few years while performing at prominent local venues such as The Palladium and Academy LA. In 2022, the talented producer and DJ won the Insomniac Discovery Project for his remix of Reaper’s “IMY,” gaining support from the legendary Pasquale Rotella along the way. Now BLUUR kicks off 2023 with the release of his new single “No Warning.”
On this exciting new track, BLUUR proves his ability as a dexterous sound designer. The mind-bending new anthem opens with a thumping bassline and blaring alarm noises. From that point, the intensity builds with futuristic synth progressions that then lead to a mesmerizing breakdown. Next, aggressive vocals take center stage as listeners are pulled to the edge of their seats, not knowing what lies ahead. Right before the drop, an isolated “no warning” is called out, and all hell breaks loose as BLUUR forges an electrifying blend of bass house and dubstep primed for warehouse raves.
“No Warning” signals an exciting year ahead for the talented producer and DJ who recently headlined his BLUURED OUT charity event for the End Overdose Organization at Catch One on March 31st.
