Fans of Sudoku and The Da Vinci Code will love Madeon‘s newest track release – a bouncy, electro-infused jam titled “Cut The Kid” – which is available for free download, but only if you can crack the secret code. The riddle-protected track has been lying dormant in Madeon’s sound vault for two years now, and like any piece of treasure worth finding, this piece of dance gold will require some puzzle solving skills to get to. Luckily, we don’t need to be expert code breakers to listen to the cut, which showcases the French producers flawless production skills front and center. Even at two years old, “Cut The Kid”‘s glossy, dance-inducing synths and chopped vocals feel like a 2014 creation – a testimony to how ahead of his time Madeon really is.
