Minimal Effort has emerged among the pop-up rave community to be one of the most expertly curated parties the west coast has to offer, putting on legendary events with some of the biggest, baddest names in the international underground dance music scene.  You won’t have to buy a plane ticket to Europe or call a secret hotline to get your fix this December 31st, just get yourself to the iconic Belasco Theater in Los Angeles and prepare to dance until 5 a.m.

Consistent with the top-notch programming Minimal Effort has become known for, this year’s New Year’s Eve soireé will feature a who’s who lineup including Danny Daze, Jimmy Edgar, J.Phlip, andhim, H.O.S.H, Marques Wyatt, Fur Coat, Louie Fresco, Droog and more.  This is only the Phase I lineup!  These massive acts will be split between the Belasco’s 4 rooms, each offering a unique aesthetic and industry leading sound systems by Pure Groove.

Much like Cityfox in New York City, Minimal Effort aims to bolster the international techno and house community by bringing forward-thinking, cutting edge music o the greater Los Angeles area.  Its most recent Halloween event featured epic performances such as a live candle lit performance from Rodriguez Jr in the Mobilee basement, a chillingly vibe ridden Ballroom set by Blond:ish, and what is being talked about as a historical main room showing from Agoria.
