Ok, I’m a little behind on this one, story of my life. But I had to get this new Passion Pit out to those of you who haven’t heard it yet. Following up their hugely popular indie debut, Passion Pit will be releasing their sophomore album on July 24 entitled Gossamer. The first single to drop off the album is the expansive sounding “Take A Walk” that was followed shortly by the upbeat sounds of “I’ll Be Alright.” Fans of Passion Pit will definitely hear some familiar cues that we have come to love from them, but with an overall more polished sound. Great for summer, I can’t wait to catch their performance on Friday at Lollapalooza this year.
