I remember listening to Australian brother-sister duo Angus & Julia Stone’s “Big Jet Plane” a while back and absolutely loving the slow, melodic vocals and beautifully layered violins. The song even earned the top spot on Australia’s biggest indie radio station, Triple J’s Top 100 of 2010. It’s been a while since I’ve heard the song, but it seems it has re-emerged as an unofficial remix by Stern*. I couldn’t be happier with the added touch of disco, driving house beat, soft claps, and some cool synth work. Check it out below.
