British boy-girl duo The Tings Tings made a strong name for themselves with their hugely popular 2008 album We Started Nothing, chalk full of electro-pop hits such as “That’s Not My Name” and “We Walk.” Highlighted by the punky/pop vocals of guitarist Katie White and driven by the dancy production of drummer Jules de Martino, The Tings Tings have finally released their new single “Hang It Up.” This is their first track in nearly three years, sans their 2010 single, “Hands,” and it seems their time off has given them plenty of inspiration.

The duo jams out in “Hang It Up” with their unique brand of catchy hooks and playful lyrics. The video released with the song is likewise traditional Tings Tings, with bright colors and skateboarding teens adding to the effortless pop of Katie and Jules. Check it out.
