Roosevelt (aka Marius Lauber) has been steadily releasing his incredibly catchy, sepia-toned disco tracks over the past three years. Now finally, he announces his self-title debut album which will be released on August 19th.

To celebrate the announcement, Roosevelt gifts us with his newest track, “Colours,” which playfully combines groovy synths with tribal drumming, all topped with his hazy vocals ringing “When you left you took your colors.”

In addition, Lauber just released a video featuring both “Colours” and “Moving On.” Just look at the way the protagonist dances on 1:35—his movements succinctly sum up that wistful, roller-disco vibe emulated by our one and only Roosevelt.
