Remix, no. Single of the month? Quite possibly, that is if you are any kind of fan of moody synthpop. (Which we at The Sights and Sounds clearly are.) So we’re going to go ahead and preface this by saying Little Daylight’s remix of Ra Ra Riot’s sunny track, “Angel, Please” is a dark wonderland sure to delight even the critics that throw shade the way of my favorite instrument, the synthesizer.

Featuring no fewer than three absolutely fucking smooth transitions from synthpop track to post-dub masterpiece, Little Daylight capture a whole new sound in the original track’s underlying current. Don’t try to fight against that current by predicting where it’s going though, you’ll just drown in Little Daylight’s visionary wonderfulness.
