It’s always a bit tough to get going on Mondays. You have the after effects of the weekend to deal with plus the pang of realization that you are on the upswing of a busy work week. Needless to say I usually need an extra little push on days like today, which is exactly what Star Slinger‘s refix of Bondax‘s “Gold” is doing today. Pushy without a hint of agitation, the UK producers funk infused piano and deep house beats are a refreshing ignition of the previously down-tempo track.
