The new Seven Lions EP, Days To Come, dropped yesterday and it’s another tribute to the insane amount of talent Skrillex’s OWSLA label has pulled in. Seven Lions has been on the forefront of melodic dubstep recently with beautifully layered tracks that transport the listener to a world of ambient synths, glitch hop, and deep bass wobble. Tracks like the previously released “Days To Come” featuring Fiora and “She Was” featuring Birds of Paradise show a bit of the softer, more melodic side of Seven Lions. While “The Truth” and “Fractals” give us more of that upbeat sound with a little driving bass powered by massive drops.
