Dirtybird veterans Ardalan and Walker & Royce have combined their respective tech-house backgrounds to produce a riveting EP together.

Voyage through the sound waves of Escapade, the two-track bundle is available today on major streaming services. 

The EP showcases familiar house vocal distortions over elongated bass notes and trippy melodies. Dreamy pad work that opens up “Turn It Around” rejuvenates the mind following the acidic loops of “Iz The Shit”. These grooves warrant their own spots on the EP and complement each other’s differences.

Walker &a Royce are on the tail end of the “Self Help” album’s successful turnout last year.

The duo doesn’t slack on crafting textured beats that are catchy, yet original. In the midst of the craziness that comes along with touring the country, they found a moment to get together with Ardalan in the studio to bring “Escapade” into existence. What a perfect pair to tune in to as we all anxiously prepare ourselves for this summer’s festival season.

Walker & Royce are currently exploring Brazil before returning to America for the highly anticipated Lightning in a Bottle fest May 24 to 27. You can catch Ardalan on some of these upcoming tour dates in the states:
