[ELECTRO/HOUSE] Hans Van Biets – “We Don’t Sleep”
Podcasts.
These have become the radio of our generation, how we hear new music and how DJ’s keep us up to date on what they’re listening to and what they’re up to in the studio.
A lot of work goes into song selection and the part I love most about it is the recognition for up and coming artists. Every week Hardwell On Air debuts on Fridays just in time for the weekend. The number 1 DJ in the world himself selects a “Demo of the Week” to be featured in the mix. This week the producer is Hans Van Biets from Vancouver, Canada.
With so much competition in the big room scene, it’s nice to see a track stand out with some creative elements. The first time I hear this song I was immediately hooked. From raging sirens to an epic trap breakdown to tuned kicks, Hans has incorporated a lot of interesting elements into this massive, dance floor destroyer of a song. It’s no wonder Hans has support this week from one of the biggest names in the game. If he rides this tail of success there’s no doubt in my mind he will quickly be on his way to the top of the scene, not only in Canada but world wide. I can’t wait to hear what’s next from Hans Van Biets.
