NY duo the Disco Fries have taken me completely off gaurd with this massive remix of Mt. Eden‘s “Air Walker.” Reminiscent of the epic sounds akin to movie soundtracks, the Disco Fries take you through an emotional buildup that leaves you strolling around high up in the Earth’s atmosphere. Massive drums and soaring vocals lead you into a grandiose bass drop before picking up the pace into a driving electro house rhythm. The mix feels a little short, and I’m definitely wanting more, but there is no word whether this is the full track or simply a preview. Either way, watch for Mt. Eden’s “Air Walker” due out on August 8th via Ultra.
