Moonrise Festival announced its Phase 1 lineup earlier today and guys, it’s looking pretty good.

This year’s experience features a solid range of EDM subgenres. Though a large portion is dedicated to your bass heavy artists like Excision, NGHTMRE, Flosstradamus, Gastly,and Flux Pavilion, the lineup also offers a handful of electrofunk acts like Gramatik, Griz, Emancipator, and Manic Focus. They even tipped their hats to the faithful Maryland jamband scene with the inclusion of STS9.

Of course, Bassnectar will headline Moonrise for his third consecutive year– and after last year’s iconic 808 (8/08) performance there’s no doubt that your designated horde of Bassheads will be there too.
