[FESTIVAL NEWS] Woogie Weekend Announces Killer After Hours Roster!

Are you ready to get your Woogie on? You better be. Woogie Weekend has officially announced their after hours roster lineup, and it will more than keep you dancing through the night. Featuring four legendary California crews, with sounds spanning House and Techno to Disco and TribalFunk, this roster is guaranteed to bring the heat.

Hailing from Los Angeles and San Francisco, the Pocket (an event production/DJ crew home to artists such as Pumpkin, Jesse Wright, and Sammy Bliss) will feature Jesse Wright, Sammy Bliss, J.Cush and Cody Lee. Introducing Jeremy Sole’s newest collective, Feral, will be a crew of DJ’s journeying on a return to the wild with tribal vibes that merge AfroLatin house, Global Bass, African Disco, and Brazilian Boogie. The jawdropping roster will include Jose Marquez, Wiseacre, Sabo, and Subsuelo (a duo of Canyon Cody & DJ Gozar).

In addition, San Diego based collective, Music is 4 Lovers (or Lovelife) will deliver a selection of deep and soulful house music that you might not hear at other festivals. Founded by residents Jimbo James and Dadon in 2011, Lovelife has helped put San Diego on the map for its treasure trove of talent producing delicious grooves. Holding it down for Lovelife will be Halo, Dadon, Saand, and Amanda Panda. Lastly, San Francisco’s As You Like It (AYLI) crew combine the weirdness of SF with the global realms of progressive underground House and Techno. For Woogie Weekend they’ll bring with them Bells & Whistles, Rich Korach, Mossmoss, and Mike Gushansky.

If you’re residing on the West Coast, this is the perfect opportunity to get to know your California dance culture, get hyped, and prep for what’s expected to be an insane weekend of getting down on the get down.
