Monday, September 17th was an exciting day for the countless Swedish House Mafia fans around the world as the trio announced their second and last compilation album entitled Until Now – The Soundtrack To One Last Tour. The announcement precedes the EDM giants’ much anticipated bittersweet last tour together, which this time is rumored to include the US with dates yet to be confirmed. The album is composed of many of 2012’s biggest dance hits, some classics, and all of SHM’s hits including new smash “Don’t You Worry Child,” “Antidote,” “Greyhound” and of course “One” and “Save The World,” the latter being mashed up with Axwell’s “Heart Is King” and Ferry Corsten’s classic “Punk (Arty Remix).” Also included are Ivan Gough & Feenixpawl’s 2011/2012 smash “In My Mind (Axwell Remix),” Thomas Gold’s excellent 2012 remix of Miike Snow’s “The Wave,” and two offerings from Coldplay: SHM’s euphoric remix of “Every Teardrop Is a Waterfall” and “Paradise” mashed to perfection with Michael Calfan’s “Resurrection.”

With no real big surprises here, the highlights of the album are surely the mash ups which have been tried and tested over the summer not only by SHM but also by countless DJ’s and producers around the world and include Nari & Milani’s “Atom” mixed with SHM’s and Eric Prydz’s classic “Leave the World Behind” and M-3OX’s massive “Beating of My Heart (Matisse & Sadko Remix) combined with The Temper Trap’s “Sweet Disposition.” If the album is any indication of what to expect from the boys’ last tour then those fortunate enough to score tickets are in for a real treat!
