SoCal’s beloved garage rockers The Growlers are hosting a brilliant bevy of music’s best this October for their annual two-day festival on the Los Angeles Waterfront.

With fear that the band’s five-year annual Beach Goth festival would cease to exist after difficulties with its previous venue organizers and its end/lawsuit over copyright infringement—, The Growlers have announced the party ain’t stoppin’—as the band announced their new festival “The Growlers Six” to be its successor.

Not only will the festival host a pair of headlining sets from The Growlers themselves, its lineup is ridiculously radical all the way through boasting sets from Yeah Yeah Yeahs (*their first performance since 2013), Modest Mouse, The Black Keys’ Dan Auerbach, Butthole Surfers (*their only performance of 2017 per a press release), Danny Brown, Bad Brains, Beach Fossils, and Girl Talk.

The festival’s sure to impress a wide audience as its confirmed acts span far and wide in terms of genre. Other confirmed acts for the two-day getaway include Guided By Voices, The B-52s, Mike Watt & the Secondmen, Fear, former Crystal Castles lead Alice Glass, ex-Dirty Projectors member Amber Coffman, Rostam,  Girlpool, Ought, Delicate Steve, Tinariwen, along with Geto Boys, and even Young Money’s Mystikal and Juvenile.
