It’s been a minute since we’ve heard from Santa Barbara producer Jeff Montalvo, better known by his stage name Seven Lions. Known for his pioneering production sounds in the realm of melodic dubstep, Seven Lions has been on the forefront of this somewhat new downtempo genre that has taken over and broadened the uber-popular EDM scene.

Now the California native has dropped a brand new mix titled “Fevers” and features a collab with rising star Minnesota and the soaring vocals of Mimi Page. The downtempo, textural beginning sets the tone for the track as “Fevers” builds momentum and eventually breaks down into that wonderful halftime step that feels oh-so-good. Best news of all?
