Los Angeles trio Wildcat! Wildcat! might have a quirky name, but you can bet that their music is anything but, having released their first track in 2013 with the spacey slo-mo track “Please and Thank You.” We first featured the group a few months back with their fantastically upbeat track “Mr. Quiche.” Yet “Please and Thank You” revolves around a much slower pace with a central theme explored in sounds that range between “slo-mo loneliness, MGMT-esque spacey psych pop, and ethereal vocal pitter-patter with ease.” I’m hoping that this is just a preview of what’s to come in 2013 for Wildcat! WildCat!
