[PROGRESSIVE HOUSE] Rui Da Silva - "Shadow Of The Moon"

Dropping on August 4th via Kismet Records, Rui Da Silva makes a remarkable return to the scene with his progressive house gem ‘Shadow Of The Moon’. It isn’t often that a piece of dance music can seamlessly blend the atmospheres of underground emergence to today’s ever expanding club sound. If anyone can do this, Da Silva can. Globally renowned, his native Portuguese supporters refer to him as “Portugal’s Calvin Harris” – of course becoming recognised after the release of his 1991 single ‘Touch Me.’

Back to ‘Shadow Of The Moon’, and its six minutes of  almost hypnotizing rhythmical progression wash over you. From the almost haunting string series to the pulsating currents of the bass line, the single will draw you in and carry you along. Produced from the heart, this reaches out to the listener and speaks profoundly. Check it out below.
