Not long after giving away his recent “Step Free” EP, LAXX is back with the next in line from the “Step” series, “Step Three”. Released through Never Say Die, this four-piece collection is sure to do some serious damage.

“The Invisible Invaders” starts the party with a prolonged build up, full of the sounds of sequenced synths and sirens before breaking the tension with a euphoric sky-high melody. He then delivers the drop with a skipping lead line and serious steppy drums. The third version of the title track evolves again, this time with a busier drop as “Step Three” raises the energy levels. “Semi Auto” takes a glitchy drop to new levels, with incredibly unique sounds jumping around over the simplistic drums. Closing things off in style, “Step Three” gets some drum and bass treatment from Ram Records’ Hamilton in a ferocious remix.
