There’s no stopping Australian beatmaker Ta-ku as he has released a slew of impeccable tracks over the last couple months and now returns with a chilled out remix of JMSN‘s “Love & Pain.” Ta-ku’s slick production techniques shine through, as they always do, in this downtempo mix and the addition of the strings and mellowed vocals really amp up the R&B vibe permeating the track. The grimy synths work especially well against the fragile nature of the strings and really enhance the sinister dissonance present in the remix. Ta-ku’s remix of “Love & Pain” will be available as a free download on his RETWERK 2 release on June 26th.
