Macklemore and Ryan Lewis garnered a lot of attention with with their MTV VMA’s performance of “Same Love,” and while I didn’t see it personally, I’m going to use the relevancy of that news as a lead-in to this post. Showing some extra love toward the duo is Colorado twosome Big Gigantic, dropping some heavy hitting electronic sounds onto their hugely popular single, “Can’t Hold Us.” By now you’ve undoubtedly heard the original (it was in a commercial for Microsoft Outlook, among others), but leave it to Big G to add in some extra flavor with their signature drum and sax sounds. Blend that with a driving beat, some edgy electro treats on top and serve cold on a hot summer night for maximum enjoyment.
