//MOMA PS1 PRESENTS WARM UP//

Over the course of the last twenty seasons MoMA PS1 (one of the oldest and largest nonprofit contemporary art institutions in the United States in Long Island City, NY) has hosted Warm Up, a contemporary outdoor event extending unto its audience the opportunity to engage with artists across a wide range of genres.

Warm Up’s showcased an impressive commitment to avant-garde artistry over the years. Its previous performers include acts such as a Solange, Jamie XX, and Grimes, experimental musicians like Arca, Black Dice, and Four Tet, as well as legendary DJs like DJ Premier, Richie Hawtin, and Kim Ann Foxman.

This year’s summer schedule kicks off July 1st with an incredible show featuring Jackmaster, continuing through August, and concluding on September 2nd presenting the best in live and electronic music over ten Saturdays.

This year’s lineup presents another rad array of emerging local artistry and novel established acts.

Highlights this year include Daphni (Caribou side project), ASAP Ferg, ACTRESS, Moor Mother, Laurel Halo, Mike Q, John Maus, Cardi B, Sophie, Jacques Greene, and RP Boo. Additional artists are still slated to be announced throughout the summer.
