The Russ Liquid Test are prepping this insane world for the release of their new album.

World Gone Crazy will be a testament to the versatility of the New Orleans-based trio. A necessary versatility that echoes the chaotic theme of the album title.

While the globe slips further into a maelstrom of populism and nationalism, “Communication Breakdown” seems as apropos a title as any.

Spacey and raw, the single pays homage to classical UK drum and bass with a funky Russ Liquid flourish.

The uptempo ballad portrays Russ’s split attention to sonic timelessness – one ear towards the future with another rooted in the past.
