HAIM - Send Me Down (Dan Lissvik Remix)

You can choose to agree with me or not, but the first time I listened to Dan Lissvik‘s upbeat electro remix of HAIM‘s “Send Me Down” I got a complete Venga Boys vibe. The bouncy, rounded synths feel like a total throwback to some of the early 90’s electro-pop and I admit that I em enjoying the nostalgic breathe of fresh air. Throwback with a modern sensibility, Dan Lissvik captures that sentiment in spades with his treatment of HAIM’s vocals and driving house beat. Check it out below.
